LCL have been supporting the commercial transportation industry for several decades. Our rapid response service is second to none and we pride ourselves on reaching breakdowns within 60 to 90 minutes.

Our Technical Support Facility assists customers with maintenance planning, informs on CE markings, current LOLER Regulations and will also offer pre-purchase assistance to ensure that customers choose the correct lift for their requirements

Commercial Tail Lifts

As approved dealers, LCL provides a broad range of tail lifts from recognised manufacturers.

As a main dealership for tail lift manufacturers, LCL engineers are fully trained to advise and install a wide variety of equipment suitable for all customer needs.

Operating from our fully equipped workshop, our mobile service vehicle engineers are able to provide our customers with a full range of services including installation, servicing and repair. Our highly skilled precision engineers can undertake complex chassis adjustments to enable the re-fitting of alternative tail lift applications.

Double Deck Trailers and Dock Lifts

LCL are specialist repairers of moving floor double deck trailers and dock lifts including control systems and steel supports.

We even have in-house facilities to repair or replace entire sections of a moving deck if it has suffered damage.

The LCL service programme ensures maximum operational safety and significantly decreases the likelihood of failure.

LCL are able to provide Statutory Thorough Examination Certification and weight testing for up to 15 tonnes.

Roller Shutter Doors

As well as lifting equipment, LCL also performs Roller Shutter Door repairs. This allows us to provide a fully comprehensive service to meet all your transporting needs with minimum hassle. Roller door servicing can be added into your routine service package as an optional extra to minimise unnecessary failure.

Mini Cranes, Hoists and Winches

The LCL crane installation team assists with the initial equipment selection and offer an on-site installation to minimise your vehicle downtime.

Our service team provides an all-inclusive statutory examination (LOLER) and service package tailored to suit your operations and vehicle availability.

DEL Bin Lifting Equipment

LCL engineers are also agents for DEL Bin Lifting Equipment and can offer a full service programme including breakdown assistance as well as completion of Statutory Thorough Examinations. This service can be offered on site or at our workshop to meet your individual requirements.

Machining and Light Fabrication

In support of our dealerships, we operate a well-equipped machine shop and light fabrication unit. This enables us to carry out major repairs to accident damaged equipment and provides the personnel and expertise for LCL to manufacture and install lifting and access products.

Passenger Lifts

LCL are main dealers, service providers and installers of products for those in need of secure easy vehicular access. We have many years’ experience in supplying, installing, servicing and repairing passenger lifts.

Our engineers are trained to carry out air conditioning servicing at the same time as they conduct statutory examinations resulting in reduced costs for our customers.

Ramps and Winches

LCL can support you with a wide range of products that can be used as an alternative to a passenger lift. Our engineers can advise on suitable ramps and winches to ensure you have the correct size for the model and year of the vehicle. Our team of engineers are experienced in servicing, maintaining and repairing ramps and winches.

Steps and Hoists

We specialise in electric and manual foot-operated vehicle access steps for taxis, minibuses, ambulances and other special vehicles, including motor caravans and mobility vehicles.

Automatic Door Controls

LCL provides mobility solutions and automatic door controls for all commercial applications, including wheelchair lifts, tie-downs, flooring and ramps. We can advise and supply products that are used all over the world from small taxis and buses to larger coaches and even trains and cruise ships.

LOLER Examinations and Servicing

Did you know there are legal requirements when operating lifting equipment for carrying people? In general terms, a Statutory Thorough Examination (LOLER) must be completed every 6 months.

Our team of mobile engineers are fully trained and certified to carry out LOLER examinations, servicing and weight testing and we are approved dealers for world-class equipment manufacturers.
